Refund & Returns

At Tweedle Luxe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, our return and refund guidelines are as follows:

 

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for clothing, sarees, and accessories, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

 

Non-returnable items: Food products, pickles, snacks, hampers, lifestyle essentials, and personalized/customized products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for size/defect issues in clothing and accessories subject to stock availability.

 

Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

How to initiate a return: Email us at tweedleluxe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
